How to Log In to Your 4dgang Account
Logging in to your 4dgang account is a quick and simple process that takes just seconds. Whether you're on a laptop, tablet or smartphone, our platform is optimised for all devices so you can access your account anytime, anywhere.
To log in, simply enter your registered phone number or username, followed by your password. Our system will securely verify your details using 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by leading banking institutions in Malaysia.
What Awaits You After Login
Once you have successfully logged in to your 4dgang account, you will have full access to all platform features and services. Your account panel displays your current balance, transaction history, active promotions, and personal details — all in one clean, easy-to-read view.
From your account dashboard, you can jump straight to any of your favourite games. Over 500 game titles await — from multi-million ringgit progressive slots and live casino tables with real dealers, to live sports betting and thrilling fish shooting games. All accessible with a single click after logging in.
Login Issues? Here's How to Fix Them
You may occasionally encounter issues when trying to log in. Here are some common causes and their solutions:
- Incorrect password: Make sure Caps Lock is off, as the 4dgang password is case-sensitive. Double-check before using the forgot password feature.
- Phone number not recognised: Make sure you enter the same number used during registration, without hyphens or spaces.
- Account temporarily locked: For your security, our system will temporarily lock your account after several failed login attempts. Contact our customer support via Live Chat to unlock your account.
- Browser issues: Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use private (incognito) mode to log in. This often resolves issues caused by outdated cookies.
- Connection issues: Check your internet connection. If you are using a VPN, try disabling it, as some VPN servers may interfere with the login process.
Login via the 4dgang Mobile App
For a faster and more convenient login experience, download the 4dgang app for iOS or Android. Our app offers biometric (fingerprint) login, letting you access your account in under a second — no need to type your password every time.
The 4dgang app also securely saves your login session, meaning you won't need to log in again every time you open the app, as long as you haven't manually logged out. This is especially convenient for players who frequently play during breaks or on the go. Download our free app on the App.
Account Security – A Shared Responsibility
At 4dgang, your account security is our top priority. Our platform is equipped with a real-time suspicious activity detection system. If our system detects a login attempt from an unrecognised location or device, you will be notified via SMS or email for additional verification.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings panel. With 2FA active, every login attempt will require an additional verification code sent to your phone number, providing a far stronger layer of protection than a password alone.
Remember — never share your password with anyone, including individuals claiming to be 4dgang staff. Our team will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you receive such a message, please report it immediately to our support team via Live Chat.
